HOUSE BILL NO. 115 am "An Act relating to aquatic farming and                                                                   
hatchery site leases; and requiring the director of the division of lands                                                       
to provide the legislature with an annual report relating to aquatic

Senator Revak, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                                
page 962. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There                                                           
being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL

Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
